Rule of thumb in Germany: when you turn, you must let vulnerable road users go first if they are crossing the road you are turning into or coming from the side path you are crossing. That includes pedestrians on a crossing or continuing along the sidewalk across the side street, and cyclists on a cycle crossing/cycle lane that runs parallel to the road. Even if you have priority over car traffic, turning traffic has a special duty of care and must not cut across pedestrians or cyclists.

The bus does not automatically have priority just because it is a bus. You only have to let a bus pull out from a marked bus stop in built-up areas if it signals and you can allow it to move off without hard braking; that is a different rule than “giving way at an intersection.” So unless there is a specific priority sign/traffic situation giving the bus the right of way, the bus is not the one you must yield to here.
